- A complete list of freight units with dimensions and gross weight.
- Agreed packaging and a clearly identified consignment.
- A contact, release reference and access window at each address.
- Confirmed loading, unloading and handover responsibilities.
- Written agreement on price, timing, waiting terms and cover.
If the load or plan changes
Tell the team before collection if quantities, measurements, access or time windows change. A revised load can need a different vehicle or price.
Keep your enquiry reference so the request can be located. Until the service and booking are confirmed, no vehicle or collection slot is reserved.
