Part-load planning may involve other customers’ freight or handling stages. Ask how your goods will travel, what preparation is required and how any delivery window will be confirmed.
Explain your flexibility
A delivery date can be flexible even if the collection date is fixed. State both requirements, including seller deadlines and receiving hours.
Compare the complete quoted service: route, loading, unloading, packaging, waiting terms and any applicable cover. The lowest headline price alone may describe a different scope.
