Can I send freight as a private customer?+
Yes. You can enquire without a trade account or membership. Describe the goods and give an email address or phone number so the team can respond.
Can a pallet be delivered to my home?+
You can request it. Explain the road access, unloading surface and whether you need a tail lift. Agree the handover point; indoor carrying and movement over steps or gravel are not assumed.
What if I do not know the weight?+
Select “Measurements or weight to confirm” for that line and describe the goods. Accurate packed measurements and weight will need to be confirmed before booking.
Is this an instant booking?+
No. The form saves an enquiry for the Freivio team to review. Price, availability, handling and booking terms are agreed separately.
Can you collect urgent freight?+
You can request an urgent collection and state your deadline. The team must confirm availability before you rely on a collection time.
What about moving my house or furniture?+
